It is a natural cooling model with plastic housing and handle for portable application, it looks nice and is easy to carry. The charger can be programmed to charge various types of battery packs and widely used for wheelchair, mobilities, scooters, E-bike, floor cleaners, etc. I never used this charger.

Just find it in my cupboard, as you see in the picture when you plug in, the lights come on.
