Operation II' acts like a continuous mode, and it becomes no longer necessary to depress the inflation port since the pump will continuously feed air through the port and inflate any balloons placed on the inflation port. Operation II' is ideal for those who have a large number of balloons to inflate and as such is perfect for those who are blowing up balloons for venues. This balloon pump has a convenient carry handle and compartment for storage of the power cable when not in use.
